Founded by Dr. Douglas E. Lewis, Jr. and Mr. R. Anthony Long, Jr., LUCERIS™ is committed to empowering individuals and organizations.
Meet the FOUNDERS
Dr. Douglas E. Lewis, Jr. and R. Anthony Long, Jr., LPC, bring decades of combined experience in behavioral health, clinical leadership, and forensic consultation.
Both founders began their careers providing direct mental health services to individuals with complex behavioral health needs. This frontline experience gave them a practical understanding of the challenges clinicians, clients, families, and organizations face when navigating fragmented systems of care.
Over the years, they have expanded their work to include leadership, consultation, education, program development, supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Their experience working with organizations across multiple states and jurisdictions has equipped them with a broad understanding of the clinical, operational, and legal challenges that shape behavioral healthcare.
